Frequently asked questions
How far ahead do I need to order?
For most orders, allow at least 3 to 5 days. For catering and large orders, book at least 2 weeks ahead. Weekends fill up fast.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details are confirmed with your order. Kassey's Kitchen is a home bakery, so the exact pickup address is shared once your order is confirmed.
Do you deliver?
There is no standard delivery for individual orders. Delivery is available for catering orders, and delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
How much do your baked goods cost?
Brownie cookies and chocolate chip cookies are $5 for 2. Mini banana bread, chocolate conchas and mini cake loaves are $5 each. The large banana bread loaf is $25. Sweet treat tables start at $250, cookie party favor bags are $5.50 each, and full dessert catering is quoted per event.
What payment methods do you accept?
Venmo, Zelle, Apple Cash, Cash App, PayPal and cash. A deposit may be required for custom or catering orders to secure your date.
Is my order confirmed when I send the form?
Not yet. The form sends a request. Kassey replies within 24 to 48 hours to finalize details, pricing and your date.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Everything is made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and eggs, so allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed. Always mention any allergies in your order request.
What events do you cater?
Birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, quinceañeras, corporate events, graduation parties, weddings and holiday parties. Book at least 2 weeks before your event.
Is everything made from scratch?
Yes. Every item is handmade from scratch in small batches. No shortcuts, no mixes, no freezer.
